			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Had a message off someone from <a href="http://www.oxfam.org.uk/">Oxfam</a> publicising a campaign they promoting called <a href="http://www.oxfam.org.uk/what_you_can_do/campaign/g8/g8wait.htm">G8 Wait</a>. Basically it&#8217;s about the G8 leaders not fulfilling the promises they made about providing aid etc. These were made at the time of the Live8 concerts in 2005. </p>
