Car Free Day - September 22nd
Car Free Day is coming up. There are various events going on around the world. for I try and make every day a car free day. Perhaps if you can’t walk, get a bus or train you could try car sharing if you really need to get to where you are going using a car.
Every day is a car free day for me :-)
Cool! Thanks for letting me know - I hadn’t heard of this. No car on the 22nd for me.
Also, check out retailers to support who are implementing massive eco-friendly strategies. Office Depot reduced its carbon emissions by 10% despite adding 1.7 million sq.ft. of retail space.

I know this is an old blog, but it’s definately good. I used to ahve to drive everywhere- Lived in Detriot Michigan (home of the big 3 automotive makers - GM, FORD and Chrysler) - Now I am walking and taking a train… Live in Melbourne, AU. Much nicer in general… cheers,
