Walking
This week I have walked to work everyday. I try to walk as often as I can. It keeps you fit, saves money on petrol, cuts down traffic, cuts down on pollution and in some ways is less stressful. Sometimes I have to drive in as my partner needs to be somewhere at a certain time and doesn’t want to get too sweaty. This week she has walked in everyday as well which is really good. One more bit of good news because the Missus has been walking one of her colleagues has started to walk in when she can. This is what we want!
