Power Saver and Fuel Saver from EPS, Efficient Power Systems, Ltd. – just found this might be worth investigating further sounds a bit like the the savaplug which apparently make savings of 20% on running costs and is only £22 – I am going to get one.
The other thing sounds almost to good to be true – it apparently saves 20% on your overall electricity bill. Can’t really find out much about price though.
The EPS Power Saver device is a Scam, and there is no documented proof that the device works.
These devices have been kicking around for years, and a re normally peddled by the same people who will tell you that there is free energy available from gyroscopes, or that running your fuel through a magnet will increas your cars fuel efficiency…. hang on I see they do peddle the fuel saver!
Lets think abiut this for a minute, if an off the shelf £50 device could increase a cars fuel efficiency by 10%, then why does the automotive industry spend millions to try and get much less improvements from their engines…
If there reallt was a £22 device that could save 10-20% on electricity then it would be fitted to homes by law, as with gas condensing boilers
If you really want to save the world then denounce this company and suggest they really save energy by not wasting raw materials manufacturing and fuel transporting such garbage!

Incredibly, the posts here have just gone to confirm the apathy that consuming us all in this country. After all it only costs a few pounds to find out.
The argument always comes down to “but the government would make it law if it works”. The government has nothing to do with this new innovation. Though, they well make it law when they do.
A short while ago I decided to do little experiment. I have brought 30 similar devices and given them to 30 willing volunteers all with average family households.
The results from quarterly billed users are not in yet.
Though the results from pay as you go meter users have been astounding and are continuing to be. Incredibly some saving up to 40%, not just the 20% published, they are all saving plenty. The amount they had to put in the meter every week reduced instantly.
From the results so far, it seems on the face of it, this technology is proving to be sound.
Will keep you all posted in due course.
I have approached this company about the technical validity of this product and have not got a satisfactory response, and have also made the trading standards agency aware of them.

I disagree, they do work, 1/4 elec bill was £420 last december now down too £170, NO we have not changed anything we have even have 2 more computers in the office
What you have too look at it the power surges everytime you turn somthing on you get a wasted amount of electricty in a power surge this device stops the surge this saving money
i have just ordered 4 more for home and staff use, we are happy
I have not used EPF fuel saver before but yes there is another solution. I have been using hypermilling techniques and work real well. I also use a fuel saving gadget that monitor and optimise the voltage in my car engine, specifically the battery and spark plug.
