Making a simple Savonius wind turbine - I found this on Treehugger. It says it’s simple but the picture of the coil thing with all those wires doesn’t look simple!

Hi there,
I’m a trainee journalist doing a story on the eco-revolution. Was just wondering if you have tried to make one of these turbines and if so, how did it go?
Iveren - I haven’t tried making one of these - never seem to have enough time and really I am probably not skilled enough. I like the idea of it though and perhaps I will give a go one day!
